How to register

The registration for the symposium is done by using a registration form.

If you have problems sending the registration form, please send an email to info@quinoa-symposium-2024.org

Important information for Non-EU citizens: Please indicate in your registration email whether you require an invitation letter to obtain a visum for traveling to Germany.

Registration fees

	Early bird (Until 16 June)	Late registration (Until 17 July)
Students and postgrads	130 Euro	150 Euro
Regular	180 Euro	200 Euro

Registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches and networking dinner as indicated in the schedule.

Upon registration we will send you a bill via email so you can transfer the registration fee (please ensure any banking fees are also covered by you as we cannot pay for those). In cases where it is not possible to do a bank-transfer, a cash payment in EUR will be possible on the registration day.
